All orders are usually produced & dispatched within 2/3 working days of the date of order. We endeavour to offer the quickest turnaround time.
Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Mondays.
All of our products are shipped from EU,USA,UK or Australia dependent on your destination and our manufacturers stock availability.
Our shipping tiers are below and based in US$ (this will be reflected in your order at checkout to your local currency) and is based solely upon order value and destination.
We have three shipping options :
Standard Shipping - Tracking and delivery date not guaranteed
Premium Shipping - Tracking provided.
Express Shipping - Tracking provided. Delivery dates guaranteed.
The different prices will be reflected at checkout.
Delivery of your item/s take on average between 5 to 15 working days from order to arrive dependant on your location, your shipping option and any customs encountered.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your local customs office are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble.
If the order is returned to us and a refund is granted then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 working days for all orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement or offer a refund until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

If you’re not in: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 5 days until the parcel is returned back to us. We charge to resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
