All orders are usually produced & dispatched within 2/3 working days of the date of order. We endeavour to offer the quickest turnaround time (usually inside of 2 working days for most orders). 

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Mondays.

 All of our products are shipped from EU,USA,UK  or Australia dependent on your destination and our manufacturers stock availability. 

Our shipping rates are below and based in US$ (this will be reflected in your order to your local currency) and is based solely upon order value and destination. 

We have three shipping options :

  1. Standard Shipping  -  Tracking and delivery date not guaranteed

  2. Premium Shipping -   Tracking provided.

  3. Express Shipping  -  Tracking provided. Delivery dates guaranteed.

The different prices will be reflected at checkout.

Delivery of your item/s take on average between 10 to 15 working days from order to arrive dependant on your location, your shipping option and any customs encountered.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 working days for all orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement or offer a refund until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

However we do offer a money back guarantee as part of our terms of trading. Please see Refunds for terms & conditions.


If you’re not in: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge. 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
