  1. Returns 

We aim to please and do our best to guarantee customer satisfaction. Please contact us by email at sales@rvolution.uk before sending anything. We will then issue instructions of how to proceed.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. 

We will issue an RTS number and address for you to send the item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When returning any Items, they must be sent via a Postal Service
with a Tracking Number.  You are also obliged to send us the Tracking number via E-Mail.

Please note however, that delivery charges (if any) can not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning an item under our 30 day money back guarantee.

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software, audio or media products 

 

2. Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Any refund will be by the same way you paid for the item (PayPal/Credit card etc) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will advise you of the procedure.

 

Delayed or Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 working days for all orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement or offer a refund until this period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

In the event that your item has not arrived within this time we offer a money back guarantee paid as follows:

In the event that after 30 working days from order the item has still not been received at the address given by you during checkout

  1. 50% refund of the item price of the goods not delivered.

2. In the event that after 37 working days from order the item has still not been received at the address given by you during checkout

50% refund of the item price of the goods not delivered.

 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
